Derivatisation

 

Derivatisation is commonly applied in analytical chemistry for several reasons. It allows, amongst others, to improve extraction selectivity, analytical behavior and method detection limits. Unfortunately, derivatisation requires chemicals that are highly toxic and easily prone to degradation. In addition, procedures are often extremely tedious and time consuming and require meticulous measures of the responsible analyst.

We have developed several solutions in which entire derivatisation procedures are automated from A to Z.
Depending on the particular situation, both off-line as well as on-line solutions are possible.
